It was a fair experience. 1. the interviewers were 10 mins late. 2. It was a phone interview on teams ( which was confusing ??) 3. I felt a bit uncomfortable at first both the interviewer's cameras were off. At first, I thought of turning off my camera too but then since I started with video on, I was not sure. 4. The interviewers seemed uninterested in taking my interview ( that's what I felt) 5. They straight away started asking me behavioral questions which was a bit weird cos usually people first talk about the company and the position. 6. they asked me common behavior questions like strengths and weaknesses. overall it was a fair experience.
