They asked pretty straight forward questions and asked about your overall interest in banking. They asked about why I wanted to be with MidFirst and where do I see myself in 5 years time. I mentioned I wanted to grow in the company.

Interview
The phone interview was around 30 minutes with the branch manager and another associate. They asked general questions about myself and why I was interested in Midfirst Bank. They wanted to know my strengths and weaknesses. After the interview they sent me to a recruiter to set up the second interview time and date.

Interview
Was working for sister-company, MidLand Mortgage and applied online. Got an email about a phone interview, next day was called by a rep out of Arizona and asked some pretty difficult questions about banking (hard if you have no banking experience) about 3 days after that I was invited to a in-person interview that was EASY compared to the phone interview.
