I applied through university. I interviewed at Midland Credit Management
Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter through email after applying for the role. I scheduled and confirmed a phone screen, and then was ghosted and rejected through email later that day.
We are sorry to hear that you experienced a lack of communication with the recruiter.

We will take your comments to the appropriate parties and work to ensure that the future of MCM does not reflect the concerns you've shared with us today.

Interview
The phone screening consisted solely of the "tell me about yourself" prompt and a few background questions. The rest of the session was essentially an overview of the subsequent interview process, like an information session. There will be three follow-up rounds, each comprising a case study along with other components, and it sounds quite challenging.

Interview
3 rounds of interviews on top of an initial HR screening. The cases are math heavy and kind of confusing and sort of a guessing game for you to ask the right questions.

In second round, they asked about a case of book store. A lot of math. In addition, they tested a logic puzzle about mail delivery, which means that they asked you to fill out a form.
