People were very nice and the interview process was primarily behavioral based. Asked a lot about my background in high school and what brought me to the firm/investment banking. Very casual atmosphere.
The interview was very informal and casual. The interviewer mostly asked about my high school background, what I was studying in college, and why I felt qualified for the role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Midtown Partners (New York, NY) in May 2018
