After a first talk you get assigned a task to mockup a webshop in react/redux which is pretty steep, and requeres alot of overhead work since nothing is packed to actually build up the UI with.
In the end they were not convinced about my technical background, and ditched me out with that feedback. Not willing to take a risk nor invest in new talent ...
It was a fun way to waste a week of my time, and just shows for me that they don't do screening well and are just looking for golden eggs for the cheapest price as they wanted me to drop 10 years in salary (10 years of UX experience do not apply to a frontend developer role here it seems)
Will never look for job openings here again, I'd rather work somewhere where they do value your past experiences alike your future ambitions... Not applicable here sadly
