Great interview process. Very informative about the Firm and the expectations of the position. All Team Members are friendly and outgoing to welcome you during the interview. The first step is completing a phone screening and then moving forward to an in-person interview.

Question 1
Some of the questions they focus on is behavioral questions. Finding out how I would handle a difficult situation, how I work with my team and management. This is great as I am able to give examples of past situations.
