I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milan Laser Hair Removal
Interview
The interview process was a 3 part process. The first is with HR over skype, the 2nd was with the DM over Skype, and the 3rd was in person. They ask about previous employment and how it relates to the job. They want to know why you want to work with Milan and what you want out of the job. This is the opportunity to show your interest and knowledge of the company and position. There was some scenario questions of what you'd do in certain situations and examples taken from your previous jobs of different situations.
Two interview process. One with the main headquarters and if you get through, one with your location’s manager. The questions vary in degree of difficulty. Expect to travel for training if you get hired. The training will be quick but extensive

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milan Laser Hair Removal (Davenport, IA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Since I was applying for a role in a different state than I lived in at the time, I was able to do all of my interviews via Zoom video conference. This made it so easy to schedule and get through the interview process quickly. I enjoyed speaking with each interviewer and learning more about the company. From the time I applied to the date of hire took less than two weeks, and the onboarding process was a breeze. I am still so impressed by this compared to past interview processes with other companies!
