Mile Two interview questions

The interview process for the position will likely consist of two to three interviews. Here's how it breaks down:​  Initial Interviews: You will have a 45 to 60-minute interview with Akash and Madhav, both senior directors in software engineering. They will discuss your past projects, the technologies you've worked with, and your proficiency in those areas.​  Cultural Fit Interview: If the initial interview goes well, you'll meet with Ashwin, an AVP in the software engineering group, for a 30 to 45-minute cultural and behavioral interview to assess how you fit within the team.​
