Standard process. Focused primarily on breadth of experience. All interviews were with a panel of lawyers I’d be working with. Even though the questions were substantive, I could tell they were really just feeling me out for fit. They’re known to take culture really seriously.
Multiple rounds of interviews with a mix of partners and associates. Interviews involved standard questions as well as questions designed to gauge cultural fit and long term career goals. Interview mainly focused on assessing personality.

It was a Short, simple, and easy interview. Very basic interview questions. There were 2 separate interviews, one with the hiring manager & administrative assistant & the next with the head office manager
