Interview
The interview was very well orchestrated. The first step was a phone interview, once you pass that you are invited to tour the facility and a formal interview. The interview is very informative and gives you a very clear idea of the job and what is expected. They have you interact with one of their students and grade your performance. They also seem very fond of SCSU undergraduates.

Interview
Process was very laid back. Emailed school with cover letter and attached my resume. I was called the next day, and they asked if I was available for an interview that same day. I interviewed and they was shown the classroom that I would be in if I was offered the job. My references were checked, and later that day, they called and offered me the job
