Literally these people are a joke. Don’t even bother as the other reviewers are right - they will waste your time and effort with no reply. I interviewed in June 2024 and went through 4 rounds of interviews (+plus an in person) just to get ghosted (after almost 10 weeks since I applied). Save yourself the hassle and look for actual non-profits that have the decency to treat candidates with some respect and are not just all talk.
