Interview
I met with three of their senior IT staff, entire interview took about 2.5 to 3 hrs in downtown Dallas. I was asked a variety of questions ranging from technical troubleshooting scenarios to soft skill scenarios along the lines of how would you deal with an irate user. I was asked about my background, my drive and my work ethic.
