2 interviews streched out for a week. Google top 10 interview questions for restaurants. That's what the owner operator does. He is known to ask very private questions that have nothing to do with ones ability to do the job they are hiring for. The owner is a very creapy guy.

Interview
I was contacted quickly after applying. I had friends that worked for the company, so I had good recommendations on my side. I talked to the general manager for about 20-30 minutes, mostly just general questions about my experience and about what I would do in different customer service situations. Then he talked to my references and offered me a job that day. I started a few days later.
