Miller Oil Company interview questions

The interview was with one person who is in charge of HR. It was a casual setting and the interview was about 45 minutes. The interviewer seemed somewhat intimidated by my experience and knowledge of HR. I did not apply for her job I applied to help her with her job, there is a difference.

Applied internet and was scheduled for in person interview. The interview was 45 minute long and seemed disorganized- the guy had not done this before. First question out of his mouth was, "what do you want to make?"
