Miller Weldmaster Corp interview questions

Phone interview followed by in person interview. Positions are all very competitive. and they interview a lot of candidates for every position. In person interviews do not mean you have the position. They asked a few experience based questions.

First we had an informal phone during which I was expected to explain who I was, why I chose engineering and what I would provide to the company if hired. Then I came in for another interview and it was quite laid back, the interviewer mostly just wanted to see if I was competent.
