Contracted through a temp agency. Met with agency first which then organized an interview with SA. I was interviewed by the team leader and three other team members which currently held the position for which I was applying.

As a new graduate, technical questions were the most difficult but I came prepared.
Interview took 30 minutes, and proceeded as normal. Was asked some competency questions and then some character questions. Was asked a strange question, otherwise went as normal. I do not think I necessarily fit the company profile.

It was a pretty quick process. The hiring recruiter and person I interviewed with were both nice. It seemed like by the time I interviewed the interviewer had already made up his mind on who to hire.
