Unethical. 4 rounds of interviews, 1st round - Hiring Manager, 45 minutes, 2nd Round - Department Head - 30 minutes, 3rd round - 3 different team managers - 1.5 hours in total, 4th round - again with the hiring manager after 15 days of 3rd round and this round went for 1 hour. The interview process itself was good with great questions but all this took about a month and then no response.
