Millsap & Singer interview questions

I initially met with a partner and a human resources manager. They wanted to know mostly about my experience. They explained a lot about the firm and answered all of my questions. I had a second interview with another partner, who told me more in depth about the day to day requirements of the position. An offer was extended, but I declined because they did not meet the minimum salary requirements I stated in both interviews, and the firm would not negotiate.
