The first round of interviews consist of a group interview and a written test. Then I got a call back for the second round of which I interviewed with the managers - it was more like a chat than an interview.
Somewhat like an IQ test. Simple and to the point, however, this was for an every-level job. If you have at least average intelligence, you should be ok. Failing that, there's always McDonald's.
I applied online. I interviewed at Millward Brown (Warwick, North West England, England) in Oct 2014
Interview
Initial on-line application, followed by on-line tests, phone interview and an assessment day. Was asked to prepare a PowerPoint presentation prior to the assessment day. There was a group exercise and an individual task on the day as well.
