Upon submitting your resume, they ask a couple of questions that basically serve as a cover letter. I heard back from them quickly to schedule a phone interview with HR. They got back to me in approximately one week with a polite e-mail, saying that they found a more ideal candidate and would keep my resume on file.

Truthfully a bit disorganized, quite a bit of waiting in between the various interviews (i.e. weeks and lots of following up required), but interviews themselves were genuinely pleasant and memorable.
