Interview
Talked about how would I interact with troubling clients and what I would do to solve the situation. I would have solved this by disguising the problem at hand, issues with having there computer turning on. My solution was to complete the usual procedure of computer hardware. Checking the power, internals, externals, talking to the client and listening to their concerns and if the procedure fails I would call my manager(s) about the situation and allow the clients to know about their computer.
