Phone call from HR then followed up with an interview with a store manager
Process was super quick, and the manager made me very comfortable with the interview. I was offered the job a week later

Interview
it was a group interview and there were around 35 other girls the same age ( around 18 yrs old)
i got the job because i was very confident and i really wanted it ( before i knew what it was really like and how much you got paid)
i wore a red scarf so if they forgot my name they would think of me as red scarf girl, i was very happy and outgoing and talked to all the interviewees after everyone was leaving the interview
