Mind Your Business interview questions

The interview process took roughly two months to finally complete due to going weeks without hearing from the company. After interviewing multiple times with the person I was told would be my supervisor, I accepted the position and day one was placed in a completely different department without any warning. This department required entirely different skills none of which were ever discussed during any of the multiple interviews and I would have never accepted the position had I known this was the actual role they had planned. I saw this same tactic done to many other employees during my tenure as well.
