From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out I felt the energetic yet relaxed environment with some good music playing, everyone in relaxed yet business minded attire. I was greeted by one of the hiring managers and we had a discussion about my background and some scenario based questions during the first 30 minutes, and second half I presented a pitch to a fake business and the manager was he business owner. There was two managers sitting in on this portion of the interview and it was nerve racking at first, but I got into my zone so speak very quickly. Overall one of best interview formats I’ve done in my career.
