I interviewed with someone from HR who seemed to care less about the phone screens. In the background, I heard them playing a game. After describing my experience, they asked a question to something I had just answer in my statement prior.
Pay is significantly beneath industry standard.
Think it's important to have people who represent the company well doing phone screens.

Una entrevista rápida con RH normal.
Una entrevista con el jefe directo, en mi caso en inglés hablando sobre mi background y proyectos, bastante normal, énfasis en responder sin rodeos al jefe directo (RH me recomendó aquello para no perder su atención).
Segunda entrevista técnica con el jefe directo, esta entrevista fue resolver un assesment (2 días previos de preparación), assesment de diseñar arquitectura sin nada de código. Esta parte fue demandante.
Basic recruiter phone screen discussing background and fit details. They answered many questions I had, but were unable to give any details about the account(s) this role would work on. Since the site is very light on any values or "about" into, I was hoping to get a better feel for the culture, but only info there was "fast-paced" and "we have fun activities." Will not be moving forward because the pay band was below industry-standard to 10+ years experience asked for in the job description.
