1.Initial phone call with HR 2.A 10-minute call with the Senior Manager to assess if I was a suitable match. 3.An interview with the Senior Manager that focused on real-life scenarios, which I answered diligently. Afterward, I received an assignment to complete within three days. 4.The fourth round was with Kanika, the Founder. I gave it my all. The HR representative informed me she would get back to me within 1-2 days with the result. However, two days passed with no response, which felt quite unprofessional. I called HR, and she mentioned that interviews were still ongoing, so a decision hadn’t been made yet. She promised to update me by Monday but missed that deadline as well. After waiting, I decided to move on and joined another company on Monday, as it became clear they were not following up. On Friday, HR finally called to say I was selected but offered a lower CTC than I had expected, which felt disrespectful and absurd. I informed them that I had already joined another company offering my expected CTC. After two written assignments and two interview rounds, it was disappointing that they hadn’t been upfront about their budget limitations.I have respectfully declined the offer . The company who can't do normal Interview process diligently won't be able to expect much from them.
