First I had an interview with a local recruiter, part of it in English. It was pretty standard apart from a question about my marital status and if I have kids (I'm female obviously). Next, I had a writing test, it was interesting task to complete. After the test there were an interview with a hiring manager from Chinese office, together with a recruiter from Chinese office as well. It turned out that the initial job description was not quite right, which I didn't expect. But the worst thing is again questions about my civil status and even about my plans: 'Ok you are not married, but will you get married in 2-3 years?'. If you hire in 2k21, you must learn a bit about unacceptability of discrimination.
