I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mindshare (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied on LinkedIn, got an email from a recruiter later that day and connected with her on the phone the next day. Came in for in person interview 3 days later, spoke with 3 Assoc. Directors on the team. 2 Days after that, spoke with the hiring manager on the phone. Then radio silence for 3 weeks after following up with both recruiter and hiring manager. Pretty unprofessional to not update the candidate when they reach out, even if it's "sorry you weren't fit" or "we're in a holding-pattern for hiring for this position", especially when told by the last interviewer that I'd have a yes-no by the end of the week (4 days after in person). Still haven't heard, but going to safely assume this was a no-offer.
