TO preface I didn't get the job, which is disappointing. But! I had a great interview - the interviewer was really kind, and engaged, asked relevant questions, felt like a conversation and not an interview which is a nice change of pace. It was a 30 minute call, discussed background and my past experiences and how I'd apply that to this job. I really loved how they offer shareholding as a signing bonus - I really want to feel engaged and like I own my work, so that was a huge plus.
