Interview
Lengthy process, can take more than a month to find out whether you got the job or not. First is a large application packet you have to fax or email in. Then HR filters out packets it feels doesn't match the position and sends them to the hiring officer. They review and filter out the packets they don't think match. Then they call and schedule a board appearance. Board will have from 3-7 members depending on the hiring officer. Board takes 15-60 minutes and covers your basic behavioral questions as well as random CoC and military only questions. They will usually call in two weeks to let you know if you have been selected or not.
