There are 3 rounds of interview. The first one is the screening by HR. Overall is okay. HR asked about my experiences and how I think they would be useful and related to the job.
The second round was with my managers via Zoom. The interview was more in-depth, asking about my working process and etc. The last round was the face-to-face interview at Mintel office with Country Manager (physically) and managers via Zoom. This time I was assigned a task that I will get to do in this particular position. I worked on the task and then were asked about how I felt about the task and then had me analysed and assessed the task. It was really fun and very useful in terms of how it allows you to have a glimpse of what you will be doing. If you don't like the task, you might not enjoy working in that position too.
