Interviewed with the regional manager one on one. She asked about follow up skills and examples of how I have learned and found answers on my own. Second interview was with the Vice president. She explained how if you go over your PTO you are automatically fired.

Interview
I was first contacted by phone, and brought in for a 1:1. There was a short and simple interview. Went over the resume, and the basics of customer service. Marketing, was a large topic considering that was to be the role applied for. The second interview was more of the same, but then went over a little more of the details of wage, benefits, PTO, and so on.
