The interview process consisted of a recruiter screening and two or three 30 minute interviews. Things moved fairly quickly within a few weeks. However the recruiter consistently promised things that did not happen. He eagerly promised that after the final interview an offer would come through then they decided that an in-person conversation was needed. Not an interview, just meeting in person, which was fine but required me to cut a family stay short to fly back in. He promised that the offer letter would be released that day. It was not, it took a few days and then a background check and drug test were requested. They had me email my identifying information (not through any secure platform), I took the drug test, everything was cleared. Then it was quiet for a few days. A new VP had taken over and I was asked to meet with him. This was described as just an introduction conversation but it was clearly another interview and the VP had already decided they were cancelling the offer beforehand. After that it was radio silence though I was told I would be updated. Overall, a lot of false promises and fairly sketchy behavior. If you read through the reviews of the company, this isn't exactly surprising.

I was reached out to on Linkedin by a current employee. I was told I would be a solid fit and the team was very eager to meet me. I responded accordingly and accepted the offer for a phone interview. The first interview was essentially a discovery call. The second call was with the regions VP. Lastly I was asked to have a formal face-to-face meet with the regions VP.
