HR screen, hiring manager, 3 cross functional managers, followed by finance leadership. HR was great to work with and very knowledgeable for accounting/finance. As for accounting leadership, they are very junior and going to have a hard time hiring people. Many processes are not in place, systems still need to be figured out; I came off the interview with lots of uncertainty within the group.
