      I interviewed at MirrorWeb

      Interview

There was several rounds with lots of different people. Maybe 4 or 5. It might have gone on for a couple of months overall. For the final round they had me prepare and present a presentation to their panel on what difference I would make and how. Feedback at the end of the presentation was that the delivery wasn't the most finessed thing they had ever seen - no comments whatsoever on the substance of the topic being discussed itself. They then ghosted me. The whole experience was quite bizarre with 'normal' productive conversations juxtaposed with more old school 'trip me up and see if I strumble' conversations. Ghosting finals candidates is pretty low integrity too.
