Recruiter keeps on scheduling me but amazingly i am not being interviewed or contacted.i cannot tell about the whole process how it is being conducted since my booking ends up negatively. The interviewer needs to be serious
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mission Foods (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2023
Interview
He did not ask me any questions and only asked about my years of experience which was 8 years. After 4 day I called to find out I was declined due to lack of experience but surprisingly my work colleagues who has less experience than me was picked and I guess because he is Hispanic. I’m saying Hispanic because all the interviewer were Hispanic and almost everyone working the is too from most of the people I saw there and my research shows it’s Mexican owned. So if they don’t want diversity they should let it be known so some of us don’t waist our time.
