You submit an application online and wait. If you are rejected, you don't get a phone call or a letter. Just a message on the job board. You may get a message that your application is being reviewed. This just means you made it through the scrubbers. If you are seriously being considered you won't know until you get a phone call. Then you set an interview time for a one to one or two to one or whatever the department deems appropriate.

I didn't have any difficult questions. There was nothing to trip me up. It was more like, "This is entry level, you have a credential, you seem normal, you're hired."
