first I apply the position through Linkedin, it took around 2 weeks before they call me for an interview. at beginning, i was given by them a test case, they send me by email several question about my achievement in the past and about how i solve some situational case. After reviewed, then they held skype interview for around 1 hour. After around 2 week, the owner of company come to Indonesia for direct 1:1 interview with me.... In 1 week I get the result and strat for salary negotiation and others.
