I applied online. I interviewed at Mitsubishi (Tokyo) in Jun 2012
Interview
Well I applied for this company because I have recieved an email from my study abroad university that the company was looking for a bilingual student. After I sent an email that I was interested in the job then I recieved another mail to sign up at cfn (career forum network).
After this I had a private interview (1 on 1) at London. I handed in my resume on the spot.
After a week, I had a phone call from the interviewer saying that I passed for the final interview which will be held in main office in Japan.
So after coming back to Japan I took the final interview. The final interview is accompanied by a personality test and IQ test (tamate bako, original test). The interview itself is only 20 minutes long. The interview was conducted with two people this time. Probably the head of HR.

Question 1
1st interview: questions related to your entry sheet.
2nd interview: more or less the same.
The sales position interview process begins with resume screening followed by a phone screening to assess basic qualifications and interest. Candidates then progress to in-person interviews, which involve discussions of their sales background, skills, and motivations, alongside behavioral questions and sometimes skills assessments.
