It was very easy. Spoke to HR on phone first then went and met with a few people that I would work with. Very easy and standard questions. Brought in more people after spoke with 3 of them for awhile.

Easy, two step process. First interview was to evaluate experience and reliability. Show common sense and ability to be analytical and detail oriented.
Second interview involves meeting VP and conduct Excel test. Test is focused on showing SUM, VLOOKUP, and pivot table experience. VP talks is straight forward. He is looking to evaluate your ability to fit in and be a team member.
