I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Miva (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
I submitted my resume and heard back a few days later. Then I had a short phone interview followed by an interview in person that lasted about an hour. The interview was with a department lead and 2 team leads. The interview was pretty relaxed as far as interviews go.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Miva (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process is pretty standard. First there is a phone screen with HR if they are interested. Then if they wish to continue, they will call you back or email you for another interview with a developer where they look for both competence and fit for the company culture. If they wish to continue further, they will contact you within a week's time for an offer. The process is pretty organized and seamless. Everyone is friendly
