They record you and ask very basic questions. Also ask for you to open the back of a MacBook know how to use basic tools and practice removing stuff from a MacBook pretty easy

Pretty much the staff at the selected store interviews you on behalf of the CEO while being recorded (the staff asked before I gave them their consent to record). About 30 minutes of time spent with some client intervention. They question you based on experience and also have you open up a MacBook to disconnect the battery
