One month ago, I had a phone screening with HR regarding the NET Developer position. The duration was 20 minutes, and after that, HR told me that she would give me a response in 1-2 weeks about further steps. After the interview, I sent a thank you email, and I was waiting 2 weeks, but no reply. I sent a follow-up email to know the status of my application, but they ghosted. I don't recommend that company. It is not worth it to waste time and energy to prepare for an interview.
