      Marketing Interview

      13 Dec 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Mochi Health in Dec 2025

      Interview

The interview felt more conversational, and the recruiter was punctual, which I appreciated. However, I wasn’t asked about my background or skills and was mainly asked what I knew about the company and which role I preferred. Much of the conversation focused on the company itself and if I would be willing to work 9-7. It became clear that there’s limited onboarding and a strong expectation to either sink or swim here. The interview ended with a logic puzzle, which caught me off guard and didn’t feel directly relevant to the role.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Mochi Health (San Francisco, CA)

      Interview

Did an intake with recruiter and then take home assessment. After assessment one round with hiring manager. I wish there had been more clarity on exactly what marketing type work the role was for not just listed as general.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mochi Health (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2025

      Interview

Fast interview process overall, didn’t leave me hanging which is appreciated as an applicant. Though, scheduling follow up interviews encouraged a “first come, first serve” mentality which might lead to questions about intentionality in the recruiting process and the overall culture being built.
