Interview
In terms of number of people, this is a small startup. Yet, their interview process is very well structured and professional. They take it seriously, and so should applicants trying to join their impressive team.
What made this interview such a positive experience is the human aspect. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and fun to speak with (ok, there was one mildly grumpy person, but that's out of the 11 people I interacted with during the process... ).
Before interviewing in person, I had two technical interviews and one interview with their CEO.
In person, it started with a very pleasant lunch, and continued with a series of challenging yet interesting interviews (with one or two people at a time). Any potential hire would meet with their CTO and CEO on-site, I would assume. They are both very personable and thoughtful.
In retrospect, I should have accepted the offer to grab more snack bars on my way out.

Interview
There recruiting process is kind of absurd and selfish. They are not going to recruit you but will take up as much information from you as they want for the problems they are facing in building the product. Kind of a free consultation from your experience. They will keep you hanging till the final round and give weird reasons on why not to select after you finish all of the interviews. Fact is they don’t have money and with this kind of ethics they are not going to survive for long.

Interview
I was initially contacted after applying with a request to fill out a questionnaire that gave more insight into my capabilities, relevant experience, and interest in the company. I was then invited for an initial interview that consisted of providing some background information, a question section by the interviewer and then time for me to ask questions. I was then invited for a technical interview which consisted of about 45 minutes of hypothetical situation and knowledge questions. This was proceeded by a short interview with HR to discuss basic eligibility requirements, benefits, and salary expectations. Finally, I was invited for a virtual "on-site" interview that consisted of four 1 hour interviews back-to-back. The first interviewer was the CTO and others were senior engineers and an associate engineer. These interviews all had a similar technical structure as the second interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You have a caliper, a drill press, and a center-pin. You are asked to drill 5 holes in specific locations on a metal part. How do you proceed?

Interview
The application was a simple resume submission with a few questions. I was later contacted for an interview, where I was asked a series of technical questions. The series of questions (some hypothetical and quite difficult). This was somewhat bizarre and felt like they were looking for free advice.
At the end of the interview, a second person chimed in, who had not identified their presence previously. I felt that this was pretty unprofessional.
