It takes me about 1 month from the initial application to the final decision. My resume was 100% match to the JD. Everything went well, including the HR and HM call, on-site interview, and thank you notes with nice responses from both HR and HM, until a rejection phone call was made by HR suddenly after 1 week after the on-site interview. Very weird experience!

They did not ask for my availability and only offered 1 day/time option for a 3hr interview session. They said if you can't do this 1 day we picked out, then too bad for you.

Interview
Remote interview. Very fast pace.
First round is hiring manager. Second round is HR. Third round is panel interview (seminar) + multiple 1 to 1 interview. Got offer in 10 days after the third round.
