First round was a screening interview with the head of engineering, full of leading questions about what you think other people think of you. Then was thrown a surprise coding challenge at the end. I was told this is to screen for the next technical round which is apparently extremely difficult. And although the challenge was to write a fairly simple algorithm. Without seeing the question written down, only having it dictated to you when you have less than 5 minuets all while someone stares you down. I understand why they do this. But it's really not a great experience. Had I know there was going to be a coding challenge I would have prepped by doing as many of the test algorithm questions on leetcode.com (as I was under the assumption it was just a screening interview). You might get lucky practice one off the challenges they actually pick.
Second round (I was told). Is 2 hours and is in 3 parts, to build a feature, perform some debugging on code and solve a problem.
