I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MojoTech in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview felt really off. The recruiter was late and then grilled me about my career history like they were trying to catch me in a lie. It was like they were playing detective instead of having a normal conversation. Plus, they didn't seem to really understand the technical side of things.

Interview
I had a poor experience interviewing at this company. The process was poorly structured and not clearly communicated to me in the initial stages. The phone screen with the recruiter was fine, but they did not provide enough information about the remaining interviews and I think the next interview was significantly different than the way it was represented. While it was told to be a conversational based interview, the format was all over the map. This included things like database model design to frontend optimization in React to questions on detailed knowledge of OOP. If you are interviewing here, I would recommend you have all of these areas very well understood because they are going to detailed questions on each of these areas. I would suggest not to bother going through with it, there are other companies that prepare candidates better and are more respectful.
