Interview
Process consists of 3 stages. First stage is some basic questions about your skill set related to computer usage etc. Second stage is where you get an audio recording of mold inspection process, and your task is to create a brief report about it. Third stage is the part where you create one minute video about yourself, and why you want to work there.
