Telephone interview and personality assessment with recruiter, then job focused talk with hiring manager, then wider-view talk with hiring manager's boss. While the recruiter was operating from a script the experience was cordial. The two company people made me feel very at ease and thus more eager to get the position. They were seeking an innovator type who would "push the envelope" so I felt very encouraged by the conversation.
